In this book, you will find ten short and easy exercises for children, which can be used for a multitude of purposes. For playtime, for relaxation, for addressing matters they might be struggling with. They can be done at any time during the day and as many times as you like. They are simple and fun exercises, without complicated instructions, which - depending on the age- can even be done by the children on their own, in their free time, when they want to take a break or… simply when it’s raining!
